Caltrate PLUS Chewables provides the same benefits as Caltrate Plus in a great tasting fruit punch flavour. It contains vitamin D for calcium absorption and has recently been reformulated to include vitamin K for the maintenance of bones.
Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate (600 mg), Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) (800 IU), Vitamin K1 (20 mcg), Magnesium (50 mg), Zinc (7.5 mg), Copper (1 mg). Manganese (1.8 mg).
Adult Dosage: One or two tablets daily with food or as recommended by a physician. Tablet may be broken in half for convenience. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Cautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners.
