Hot: To prevent overheating of the pack, microwave in 30 second increments until desired temperature is reached. After each 30 seconds, remove the pack from the microwave and check the temperature for at least 5 seconds. Total heating time should not exceed 3 minutes (maximum of six 30 second intervals). Make sure temperature is comfortable to the touch before applying to the skin. Cold: Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Remove from freezer and apply directly to skin. Magic Bag can also be stored in the freezer in a plastic bag. Use only as directed. Individuals suffering from diabetes or any other health problem should consult a doctor before using.
